Yardbird Suite, volunteer-powered by the Edmonton Jazz Society, is Edmonton’s home for jazz since 1957. Located in the cultural hub of Old Strathcona, we are a favoured destination for lovers of live jazz and beyond in a casual, intimate venue. We are dedicated to presenting the very best in jazz, blues, soul, and the indefinable.
Parking is available in the City of Edmonton lot just outside our doors. $6 maximum from 5pm to 2am or $2.50 per hour

Running September 9 until November 1 during Yardbird Suite shows.
This exhibit features photographs of manhole covers in various cities in the world, mainly Japanese cities but also Malta, Lisbon, Maui, Edmonton, and more. Printed onto watercolour inkjet paper, and then interpreted by the artist, expressing his own ideas based on the manhole covers themselves as well as the context of where they are located.
