In addition to being a member of Secondhand Dreamcar, Coyote Brass Quintet, and Uptown Entertainment, she has performed with The Edmonton Symphony Orchestra, The Brasstactics, Bok Brass, Next Stop, Otago, Experience Points, Rumba Caliente, the Don Berner Big Band, the Crescendo Changing Lives Orchestra, and the Canadian Ska Orchestra, to name a few.
Olivia is the Operations Lead and a Brass Teaching Artist at the Youth Orchestra of Northern Alberta (YONA), an after school program in Edmonton’s priority neighborhoods that uses music education to create social change. Olivia is a passionate music educator and has been involved with YONA since 2015, where she started as a volunteer. In addition to her roles with YONA, she teaches trombone at MacEwan University, has a robust private studio, taught band for several years with Edmonton Catholic Schools, and has taught at MusiCamp Alberta. When she isn’t musicking, Olivia enjoys the great outdoors with her husband and their dog. She is based in Amiskwaciwâskahikan (Edmonton).
Our live Tuesday Jam is hosted by a musician and a band while audience members join in on the fun by jamming along on stage.
Musicians who want to participate in the Jam can purchase a “Jam Participant” ticket at a reduced cost.
All Jam Participants need to register at the door upon entry to the event.

Doors open at 7pm. Music starts at 8pm.
Parking is available in the City of Edmonton lot just outside our doors. $6 maximum from 5pm to 2am or $2.50 per hour.
Tickets will also be available at the door if not previously sold out online.

Yardbird Suite has cabaret seating: seats are available first-come, first-served. Please be aware that a couple seated at a table for four may be sharing the table with new friends if the performance is busy.
