  •  October 18, 2025
     8:00 pm - 10:30 pm

Roddy’s innovative guitar style melds classical, African and Brazilian musical ideas within a deep tradition of jazz, gained through five decades of bringing his unique and compelling music to rapt audiences throughout the world.

Saxophone legend Joel Frahm has called Roddy “one of the finest guitarists on planet earth,” and for good reason. Get ready for an evening of dynamic, creative interplay and musical storytelling from three musicians who thrive on connecting not only with each other, but with audiences themselves.

Roddy has performed and/or recorded with many world renowned performers, including Lee Konitz, Kenny Wheeler, the Montreal Symphony and Dr. Lonnie Smith. His latest album, Moon Over Lake, has garnered rave reviews from a wide variety of fans. The renowned African guitarist Lionel Loueke describes it as “a beautiful solo album full of emotions and colors. I love Roddy’s compositions and his warm and rich tone. I wanted to listen to one tune to start with but ended up listening to the whole album. What a beautiful Journey…”
