Deb Williams, Kasara Jaxen and Kennedy Jenson fronted a group called the Kit Kat Club in the 90’s and are back with a new band called the Kit Kats 2.0.
In the late ‘90’s and early 2000’s an Edmonton band called the Kit Kat Club tore up the town playing girl-group hits from the 1960’s and later including hits from the 70’s and 80’s. With the combination of Musical Theatre and Motown this eight-piece band performed in nightclubs and at events all over Alberta wowing audiences wherever they played.
Three of Edmonton’s finest singers fronted the troupe. Deb Williams, Kasara Jaxen and Kennedy Jenson were a force to be reckoned with. Looking like the Femme-Bots from an Austin Powers movie, these gals sang and danced their way into the hearts of many.
But after awhile, the Go-Go boots wore out and Deb, Kasara and Kennedy knew that it was time to hang up their wigs.
Fast forward 20+ years and these brazen vixens are back! A little older and wiser but still looking and sounding great.
