Joel Jeschke Quartet

Joel’s original project was formed upon his return from studying in Helsinki, Finland where he was exposed to the thriving and exciting Scandinavian jazz scene.

The compositions are comprised by several key elements; odd-meter grooves, polyrhythms, improvisation and simple, singable melodies. The group features primarily Joel’s original compositions and has been featured by the Edmonton Jazz Society, the Yardbird Suite Jazz Club as well as a performance at the 2018 TD Edmonton International Jazz Festival.
