Their musical styles blend genres, drawing from rich flavours in south and north american traditional music alike. In anticipation of their debut EP release coming December 2023, Altamar is showcasing a preview of the music to come – as well as a their take on modern classics. Featuring some of Edmonton’s top young players, Altamar will be a fresh introspective into the group’s technical skill and emotional perspectives.
