Brendan McGrath is a pianist, composer, and teacher from Edmonton, Alberta.

McGrath’s playing focuses on experimental improvisation informed by traditional techniques coming from Black American Music and Western European Art Music. McGrath holds an undergraduate degree from MacEwan University in Jazz and Pop performance, and is working towards his master’s degree in Classical piano performance at the University of Alberta.
