Fill your listening and visual world with this distinguished and delightful Oscar Peterson pairing — a celebration of music, memory, and Edmonton’s rich cultural past.

Bask in the legacy of a framed and autographed Oscar Peterson program, complete with a letter of authenticity from donor Bob Montgomery. This rare treasure dates back to the 1960s, when CBC hosted live recording sessions at the newly opened Jubilee Auditorium in Edmonton, AB. A young Bob Montgomery attended with his father, who encouraged him to approach the jazz legend himself — and so began this cherished keepsake.

Paired perfectly with an unopened vinyl record — Oscar Peterson Live (Festival International de Jazz de Montréal 2025) — donated by EJS Director Denyse Doran, this gift bridges eras of brilliance.
The record features tracks including Place St. Henri (1985), Cakewalk (1989), The Bach Suite (1989), Backyard Blues (2024), When Summer Comes (2024), and Hymn to Freedom (2024).

A timeless tribute to one of the greatest jazz pianists of all time — and to the spirit of Edmonton’s own musical history.
