Clinical Somatic Therapy is a body-based neuro-muscular re-education method that teaches the nervous system to release chronic tension from within through slow, mindful movement and sensory awareness, rather than external manipulation. It helps reset habitually contracted muscles, reduce pain, improve mobility and posture, and restore an easeful baseline.

This session invites you to soften into awareness—gently exploring tension on emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual levels. By mindfully moving into areas of tightness and slowly releasing, the body learns to unwind patterns of stress. Each movement is followed by a brief pause for rest and integration, allowing the nervous system to reset and the body to awaken to ease. A soothing, introspective experience that nurtures the whole self.
