Donor:
Shelley Blandford is an abstract acrylic painter in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Her work focuses on the process of exploration and experimentation with acrylic pouring and alcohol inks. In her work, she accesses the tranquility of nature through expressive movement, in which she aims to transcend the painting’s material constraints and transport the viewer to a moment of stillness and peace.
